Legionellen wurden in einer Trinkwasserinstallation als auch in R\u00fcckk\u00fchlwerken nachgewiesen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mittleres Kleinbasel, Schweiz: 26 Legionellose-F\u00e4lle, 1 Verstorbener. In 8 von 10 kontrollierten K\u00fchlt\u00fcrmen in der wurden Legionellen nachgewiesen<sup>1<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seniorenwohnhaus, Berlin: 5 Legionellose-F\u00e4lle, 2 davon t\u00f6dlich.<sup>2<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upper East Side, New York City: 92 Legionellose-F\u00e4lle, 7 Verstorbene. 59 von 183 untersuchten R\u00fcckk\u00fchlwerken\u00a0 waren positiv f\u00fcr <em>Legionella<\/em>. <sup>3<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legionellosen treten saisonal geh\u00e4uft auf&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Saisonalit\u00e4t bei Legionellosen ist epidemiologisch gut beschrieben. In den Sommer- und&nbsp; Herbstmonaten werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig h\u00f6here Fallzahlen dokumentiert. Im Jahr 2024 traten 57% der in der EU\/EEA gemeldeten Legionellosen zwischen Juni und Oktober auf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dass klimatische Ver\u00e4nderungen zu h\u00f6heren Infektionsraten, u.a. durch Legionellen, f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnten, wird bereits vermutet (Dupke <em>et al.,<\/em> 2023; Montagna MT <em>et al<\/em>., 2023; Okpanachi V <em>et al.,<\/em> 2026 )<sup>4,5,6<\/sup>. In welchem Ausma\u00df steigende Umgebungstemperaturen und Klimaver\u00e4nderungen diese Saisonalit\u00e4t und das k\u00fcnftige Infektionsgeschehen weiter verst\u00e4rken werden, bleibt abzuwarten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bedeutung f\u00fcr Betreiber technischer Wassersysteme&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die aktuellen Legionellenausbr\u00fcche zeigen erneut die Bedeutung der \u00dcberwachung und des regelkonformen Betriebs technischer Wassersysteme.
